Moving is always difficult, but when you downsize it really gets complicated. My wife and I made a marvelous decision when we hired Jean Back of Survival Essentials to help us. Jean has so many associations in the moving business that it makes things much easier.

We moved from a 4000 sq. ft. home to an 1100 sq. ft. Apartment, so we had things to sell, things to contribute, things for the kids to pick up, things to throw out, and most important decisions on what would fit into out apartment. Well Jean worked with us for about six weeks. She estimated prices on things to sell and found buyers for some. She had contacts with consignment shops, auctioneers, and even for E-Bay. For my wife's basket collection she arranged credits at a florist.

All through the six weeks Jean was helping us to sort out things to keep, both furniture and clothing, and to continually use regular trash collection to avoid having an ugly dumpster in our yard.
Probably the most important thing Jean did was to talk us into letting her and Closets by Design redo our closets in out apartment. It gave us lots of hanger space and storage for shoes, sweaters, hats, etc.

All in all, we could not have done it without her help. We highly recommend her company.

I hope that your family wedding went well. It is hard to believe it has been over 3 weeks since we worked on my garage project. Let me start by saying that I could not have done this without you and your organization skills. My garage makeover turned out absolutely fantastic and I thank you so much for your hard work and generosity!! It is still as neat and organized as it was the day you left. I have had 2 cars parked in there every day since. I really enjoyed working with you and John, as your energy and enthusiasm were contagious. Cindy was also a pleasure, and did not falter once during our heat, humidity and rainstorm. You have a hard working, fantastic crew & you were all fun to work with!

I can now appreciate the method to your madness. The methodical way that you attacked the clutter was the only way to fully accomplish what you did. The task would not have been completed so thoroughly without your help. Now I can easily add just a few finishing touches because my garage space is so organized and clean & free of clutter. ...Our friends can not believe that you stayed behind after the Fox crew had left to scrub the garage floor!! Also, I sincerely appreciate your insistence on involving Closets by Design. Their work is meticulous and I still have so much extra room for storage! ... for now. I especially want to emphasize this point after seeing the second Fox Garage Makeover without you at the helm!

I have recommended you to all of our friends and neighbors. Colette plans to bring your brochures to the next Cardinal View Women's Club meeting in September.
